Below you will find our average processing times based on the type of custom services that we offer. Processing times may vary based on type of service selected and volume of orders.
FULL BLING: 2-3 weeks for shoes and tumblers
PARTIAL BLING: 1-2 weeks for shoes, tumblers, and accessories
FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS: once your order is placed you will be informed of your processing time.
NOTE: We do offer RUSH services on a limited basis for an additional fee.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS /MODIFICATIONS
Once your custom bling design has been approved NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to approval.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are FINAL with NO Exceptions!

We currently ship orders in the US (United States) only. Virgolicious Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please make sure you confirm your address as Virgolicious Creations is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
NOTE: Insurance is available upon request.

In most cases we sure do! Please feel free to contact us by filling out a Custom Order Form.
You can send your request form to our email hello@virgoliciouscreations.com You can also fill out our CUSTOM ORDER FORM. We make sure to respond within 24hrs. Once we receive your request, Virgolicious Creations LLC will consult with design team regarding your design, crystal work & pricing level. Then, we will return to you with a quote. After, you approve, we will begin your custom work.
Our design team will start working on your item.
It usually depends. Please see Custom Work Policy. Because of high-volume of orders our projects usually take longer during Holidays. Please message us for our estimated time of delivery when you make an order
Yes, but with a rush fee.
Our Company use a specialized technique in applying crystals so that they will not fall off. All of our products undergo rigorous procedures, including a thorough quality check before shipping. Crystals will not fall off easily unless the product is handled incorrectly, dropped multiple times, etc… We include extra crystals with your purchase in case this happens.
